围绕电解水制氢耦合绿色化工的过程强化,揭示电极材料的结构特征与表面特性对电解槽内部两相流动、电子与物质传递以及电化学反应的影响规律;研制用于肉桂醇、环己基甲酸、苯甲醛、对苯二甲酸、乙醇酸等高附加值化学品绿色合成的高效电极材料;从研制高效制氢电极材料、耦合有机物加氢/氧化反应、电化学反应过程强化三方面入手,在提高电解水制氢效率的同时,获得高附加值化学品。以第一和通讯作者在Applied Catalysis B、Chemical Engineering Journal、Biosensors & Bioelectronics、Chemical Science等国际期刊发表论文50余篇,获授权中国发明专利10余件。
