为实现双碳目标,围绕“离子交换和分离膜”,在氢能领域的绿氢电解制取,储能领域的战略金属提取,和核能领域的核素分离三方面开展应用基础研究和工程化开发。

在电解水制氢方面,利用滚动压延干法制备碱水电解制氢用隔膜,与目前相转化湿法生产过程相比不使用机溶剂,且流程简短方便环保;以超薄聚乙烯膜为基础,通过表面改性、聚合包覆和孔隙填充等策略,开发了系列廉价隔膜;采用双侧链接枝提高聚芳基哌啶阴离子膜的相分离程度,在低离子交换容量下实现高电导率和高稳定性。
在资源化金属提取回收方面,采用耦合萃取和渗析过程的聚合物包合膜及精准筛分离子的有机-无机杂化膜,构筑锂离子的快速传递通道,为锂离子提取提供环保低能耗的新型膜分离材料和耦合技术。
在核能化工核素捕集去除方面,通过精确设计多孔框架以及特异性亲和位点,增强核素的去除效率,开发了吸附剂粉体成型技术,发展了碘捕集的动态吸附模型。
主持多项国家、省部级及横向科研项目,以第一或通讯作者发表SCI学术论文80余篇。
