学术成就

主持国家自然基金5项、省部级项目10余项。发表SCI论文70余篇。授权发明专利4项,编写专著教材11部。荣获省部级科技一等奖和二等奖各1项,天津市优秀食品科技工作者,天津市优秀硕士论文指导教师。
