完成一项国家自然科学基金项目(81371667)和863 项目的子课题(2012AA022501),完成一项天津市自然科学基金项目,发表SCI检索论文60余篇,已获发明专利9项。

项目案例

863项目子课题的研究:制备了3种阳离子聚合物,采用功能性方法构建了多种功能性核酸递送系统,完成体外细胞水平评价和毒性评价,初步的小动物体内小核酸递送及药效研究。研究结果表明,核酸递送系统的生物相容性、内涵体逃逸能力和转染效率均得到提高。
