聚焦超大基因组设计合成的难题,近年来,发明了CasHRA兆级基因组组装新技术,设计合成了一条254 kb的信息存储染色体,存储两张图片和一个视频,阐释了DNA信息存储染色体在细胞内的表观遗传学、三维组学和转录翻译等方面的系列特征,相关成果发表在Nucliec Acids Research、National Science Review、Chemical Science、Science China Life Science等期刊。
