个人介绍

从事纳米材料与器件失效机理分析表征系统方法构建,利用SEM,TEM,XRD,XPS等大型分析仪器构建多尺度、多层次原位表征方法,动态监测纳米材料与器件在力、热、电、光、气氛等原位真实服役环境下实时产生的成分、微观结构、相变、元素价态、微观应力以及表/界面处的演化等关键信息,从而实现对纳米材料与器件服役过程中失效问题进行分析。

项目案例

2022-2023连续两年所负责的大型仪器入选中国仪器仪表学会组织的“100篇优秀科研仪器案例成果”,作为团队负责人获得2024年度中国仪器仪表学会“科学仪器优秀应用团队”。
